The Royal Enfield Classic 350, which was launched in 2009 to revive RE's falling sales, has proved its mettle by becoming the best-selling RE.
The bike's sale has been on steady rise every year, with the it clocking a volume of 276,853 units in FY 2015-16. The bike accounts for almost 55% of Royal Enfeild sales in FY 2015-16, thus becoming an important big profit churner for the company.
The bike is powered by 349 cc single cylinder air-cooled churning out a power of 19.8 horses and a max torque of 28 NM. The engine is mated to 5-speed unit. Surprisingly, the bike has received little mechanical upgrades since its launch, with most of the changes being purely cosmetic.
The Royal Enfield 350 which is quite a crowd puller ranked 9 in Top 10 selling motorcyles in India last year.
