I don't think that Indian government is going to ban the Chinese phones. But personally, I won't be buying a Chinese phone. There are a lot of other brands like Samsung, Nokia, Apple, ASUS, HTC, Sony etc. Samsung is launching pretty good smartphones these days especially under the M series.
