HTC has announced the Desire 830, successor to their mid-range Desire 820 smartphone. The phone has a plastic build, just like its predecessor, but is much sleeker and more polished. The phone feature's Boomsound speakers and optical image stabilization, for the first time in a mid-range HTC device.
Intially, the phone will be available in the Taiwanese market. Measuring 157.5 x 78.9 x 7.79 mm , the phone will hit the HTC showrooms in Taiwan on May 6 at NT$ 9,990 (US$ 310 / Rs. 20,615 approx).
HTC hasn't revealed the international launch date yet.

Size and Design: 5.5 inch full HD display, with a sleek plastic body. Available in White-Orange and White-Blue color schemes.
Processor: 1.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753T processor with Mali-T720 GPU.
Camera: The front and rear camera's are pretty good for a mid-range device.
