Honda CBR250RR would soon make it to Indonesian markets. But recently, the bike was spotted in a teaser video by Astra Honda, the Indonesian subsidiary of the Honda.
The video is centered on short glances of the sportbike, which shows that bike's design would be based on Honda Lightweight Supersports concept showcased at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. The teaser also shows a sharply-styled muscular tank, petal-shaped front disc with ABS. In all, the teaser reflects the Supersports concept in the bike.
Reports suggest that the Honda CBR250RR will get its power from the 250 cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine which can develop 37 Hp of power and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Honda CBR250RR may also come equipped with a Ride-by-Wire technology. It may also feature LED headlights and LED taillights, dual-channel ABS, cruise control, fully-digital instrument panel, multiple driving modes, an upside-down front suspension and a monoshock rear unit.
Once launched, the Honda CBR250RR will prove to be a tough competition to Yamaha R25, KTM Duke 250 and the Kawasaki Ninja 250.
