Renault KWID is one of the best selling car of India and even the first product from Renault to have such fame in small span of time. The car maker has planned to make it more special than ever, launching the AMT variant for its entry level hatchback. If reports are to be believed the same will launch in the second week of November.
The first teaser has surfaced, tag lined 'get ready to change the way you drive'. The Easy-R AMT is expected to come without the manual mode, operated from a circular dial within the dashboard. It marks D for drive, N for neutral and R for the reverse. Even provided with the creep mode, it can be a new success story for the Kwid.
Kwid is currently available with two engines while the bigger 1.0 L is available in the topmost variant only. The same variants are expected to get the AMT option on the Kwid.
