Honda's much awaited SUV, the BR-V has finally been confirmed for Indian launch on 5th May 2016. The car is ready to fight Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, Renault Duster and other cars in this segment. Along with a superb design, the car is good for being a 7-seater in this 5 seat segment.
Sharing it's underpinnings with Amaze, Brio and Mobilio, the BR-V is expected to gain the same 1.5 L diesel engine from the Honda lineup. The petrol motor is again expected to be shared with the Honda City. The car carries chrome filled headlights with projector headlamps while the changes also include new bumper design and chrome lined fog lamps.
The car measures 4455 mm in length, 1735 mm in width and 1650 mm in height. The wheelbase is 2660 mm with a ground clearance of 200 mm for the BR-V. It will most probably come loaded with features like ABS and airbags as standard.
