Harley Davidson made an addition to it's dark custom range of motorcycles with the introduction of Roadster 1200CX to the lineup. The motorcycle carries a mix of vintage styling with all the modern equipment required for the present day. It is powered by a 1200cc, air cooled, V-Twin engine producing 103 Nm of healthy torque at just 3750 rpm.
The roadster purely defines it's identity by using small chopped fenders, small fuel tank and a low slung handlebar. The front tyre measures 19 inch while the rear stays 18 inch. The suspension on the front is USD while minimum amount of bodywork has been used for the motorcycle.
The instrument console on the Roadster 1200CX is just a round pod with analogue tachometer and digital speedometer. The motorcycle offers optional ABS and carries a 5-speed manual gearbox for the transmission duties. The price of $11,199 hints at a competitive price tag when the bike gets launched in India.
