Audi India's Diwali gift this time would include the all new performance oriented SQ7 for the country. The car looks very exciting from all the images released yet. It is powered by a twin-turbo 4.0 L V8 diesel motor producing 435 HP and 900 Nm of torque. It is expected to be priced on the higher side, crossing the INR 1 crore mark with ease.
The car comes with a first time ever electrically powered compressor, thereby increasing the response of the car at low rpm's, till the turbo function arrives. This results in a 0-100 kmph sprint of the SQ7 in just 4.8 seconds. The active roll bars of the car are the same which have been used in the Bentley Bentayga, which is again based on the same architecture as the current generation Q7.
Audi SQ7 gets the option of 22 inch wheels while the design revision on bumpers and front grill can be clearly seen on the car. It even gets an optional carbon-ceramic brakes package from the R8.
