Jaguar Land Rover's F-Pace SUV will be launched in India on October 20 at a starting price of Rs 68.40 lakh (ex-Delhi) for the base 2.0-litre Pure variant as announced by the brand today. The Prestige variant carrying the same engine will be priced at Rs 74.50 lakh.
The R-Sport and First Edition featuring the 3.0-litre diesel engine will be priced at Rs 1.02 crore and Rs 1.12 crore respectively. The F-Pace is based on the CX-17 concept and is built using Jaguar Land Rover’s Lightweight Aluminium Architecture.
The 2.0-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine can produce 180 PS of power at 4,000 rpm and 430 Nm of torque from 1,750-2,500 rpm. This variant is capable to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 8.7 seconds with a top speed of 208 kmph as claimed by Jaguar. The larger 3.0-litre can produce 300 PS of power at 4,000 rpm and 700 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. This variant can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 6.2 seconds with a top speed of 241 kmph. Both these engines are mated to 8-speed automatic gearbox.
