A Maruti dealer in Tamil Nadu has come up with a Kabali edition of Swift in order to commemorate the release of the Rajnikanth-starrer. This is no less than a dream for all Rajnikanth fans.
This exclusive ‘Kabali Edition’ of the Maruti Swift carries an exclusive wrap that displays the Superstar as the title character. The tailgate carries a headshot of Rajnikanth as the iconic 'Baasha' along with the famous dialogue delivered by the character in the first trailer of the movie.
However, the interiors and the powertrain are all the same without any changes. The Kabali Edition comes with Maruti Swift VDI which gets its power from a 1.3 DDiS turbodiesel engine which produces 75 PS of power and has a fuel efficiency of 25.2 kmpl. The engine is mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
As of now, there are no details available about the pricing. But it is expected to be priced slightly more than Rs. 7,68,730 (on-road, Chennai) due to the wrap and labor cost.
